Issue with Isabella awning for 2018 Triton

It's a Capri North with mods for the Eriba range.

Don't know whether anyone else is having a problem, but the issue that I'm having is that the riser bar at the rear (that's the Eriba specific bit that lifts the rear of the awning to give headroom) doesnt fit too well and is a pain to set up. It also seems to be under a lot of tension and bits of it end up bowed.

So I called Isabella and a very nice chap said "we're aware of it and we should know more about it by the end if this week". I arranged to call again next week.

I'll keep you posted.

I remember seeing an Isabella Capri awning on a higher post 2010 van at the Spring 2017. I think it was Robin & Pat, PooleDweller. Might be worthwhile asking them if they have experienced any issues.

There is also an issue with the awning for the Troll. Was helping a friend to put up new awning today and could not get the riser bar to fit correctly-it was too short. Rang Isabella who are aware of the problem and are sending out a new part.
