Hello all. This is my first time on the site. Can anyone tell me the name of the grey plastic trim that goes around the middle(ish) of the van and on the front of the front locker?
Thanks, Kev

Welcome Kev. Try searching "Herzim" and see what comes up for you to read.

yep Herzim strip is what you are looking for. Before you order any check what width you need, the dealers Jandi or Automotive Leisure will supply correct but if you order elsewhere online (possibly cheaper) there are different sizes.

If you speak to Jean at Jandi, tell her what model you have and the date of manufacture. She will send you the correct strip.

Hello Kev,

I replenished my waist-line Herzim strip a couple of years ago. When you take the old off, check that the screws underneath are all tight and if not put some sealant and a little loctite to keep them watertight. When you put on the new herzim warm it up in a bucket of hot water first, makes it more pliable, and easier to insert, I used a wooden spoon to help.I got mine from Jandi, it's a dead match to the original.Haven't done the door yet as I am loath to remove the hinges . If you search Herzim on here you will find some other articles.

Tip for inserting Herzim strip.....feed it through one of the nozzle thingies from a mastic dispenser. Cut the nozzle at an angle and slightly less wide than the strip and voila!
