9111E81E-9EC7-4869-8ED4-E290EF73F9FC.jpeg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)I need really to replace the hose from my gas bottles but as a Dutch import, the existing set up is not UK standard. I wondered whether anyone had suggestions as to where I could source one in the U.K. or, if it came to it, from Holland. Sadly, I can’t identify a part number on the hose to search for. All I can say is it is a male/female union arrangement.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions..

Can't you get a new regulator to fit UK bottles of your choice. Whilst at it replace the hose as these have a life expectancy.
I note the 2018 sticker in the locker so the set-up is obviously up to UK safety standards. As you have two bottles and you caravan abroad could you not keep the set-up and replace the empty bottle when away next?

Thanks Colin but I fear I my not have made myself clear enough. It is only the hose I wish to replace. My service engineer has recommeended I change it as it has aged out, everything else I will keep the same. As one of the gas bottles is full and the one in use, not far off, I won't be changing them soon, I suspect. The set up is deemed safe, as you note, just the hose requires replacing..

Thanks Colin, good idea.. However....
After I posted, I made a fresh pot of tea and had a really good think about this and came up with what proved to be the answer - Dom Fox! I made the assumption, that turned out to be true, that Dom would 'Anglicise' his vans which turned out to be as true for the gas as any other aspect. A quick call to Dom, followed by a rummage through his bits and pieces turned up a s/h hose (and regulator as it happens) from a 2016 van which solves my problem perfectly. It's winging ts way here as we speak...

Rather than start a new thread..... I have just replaced the lpg sticker on my Puck with a resin one that should last longer. I also have a small rectangular butane sticker above it that needs replacing. Is this one necessary on the outside or can I put it inside the gas locker ?

It's amazing what the emergency services don't know. Also foreign emergency services struggle with anything other than what they are used to, it also doesn't help if the van is not on its wheels. When ours was hit in Germany and ended up on its side I had to point out the gas locker to the police despite the fact it did have a gas sticker on the locker door. They seemed very confused by the whole "Eriba on its side" situation.
Anything that might help has got to be a good idea and they only cost a couple of quid, it's not a biggie.
