Washing up in sunny France I noticed a gap under stainless hob surround. I lifted the rubber buffers that sit on them and found 3 of the 4 screws loose. Another job for the Araldite I have learnt to carry in the van.
I suspect this one is not a factory issue but Lowdhams when they had a look at the hob last year under warranty.
Never mind, job sorted until home , back to drinking Rose in the sun.

Came out Saturday, 03:20 Dover ferry booking into site west of Rouen mid morning. Two days OK , but 500 watt heater on low for a few hours in evening and morning.
Moved to Isle de Re, arriving last night. Heater on this morning but only for an hour. Lovely sunny day around 20c. Still sitting outside under sun canopy, cognac at hand, but going in soon to what Chelsea Flower Show. Surprised to find Satellite reception fine.
Forecast here seems fine for the week with an odd day of light rain. Planning on Cognac area in week or so for two days and then around St Emillion area where forecast is good.
Later thinking of Port du Limuel in the Dordogne which looks nice.
If you head north you will find a good ACSI site outside Domme.

We are on Camp du Soleil, near Ars en Re. ACSI 1652.
Not very keen on it upon arrival. Expected pitch sizes on small side but found one that is fine, though had to motor mover van on as access very tight. One English couple here, pitch maintenance is POOR, reception 12 till 4, why closed so long. Superb location, facilities fine, think we would return.
