Unfortunately it's that same old proplem which dealers and hymer won't accept, like so many others my bed poles have bent, yes dowls were fitted but still no good, but worse was travelworld don't want to know and hymer even said I had made the bed up incorrect, even though no pictures were seen and as I informed the dealer it's was made up exactly as the manual advised.
Very poor hymer and travelworld you have lost a customer
