Jandi ordering problems..

Anybody else having problems ordering things from Jandi. Called them twice recently and spoke to a nice lady who told me they had the bits I wanted in stock (a tap and some rubber awning rail strip) took my contact details both times and promised to get back to me with the order and then.. nothing! it’s been weeks now and I’m losing the will to live waiting for them is this normal or have I just been unlucky
I ended up getting a tap elsewhere and I’ve seen 12mm Herzim strip for sale somewhere else but I’m not sure it’s the same as the Eriba stuff. The only other Eriba spares place I know is Automotive Leisure but it’s £6 a meter from them which is ridiculous and to do both the awning rail and bottom rail would work out to be a million quid whereas it’s a pound a meter (ish) everywhere else
Everyone seems to recommend them but they don’t seem to want to sell anything to me ☹️

Hi
We purchased ours from COH Baines. We ordered 22M 12mm Herzim Strip, Part number on paperwork says 110 Grey. 46p metre. We had to order this amount as it was the minimum cost but has done both parts of our van and gave the rest to another member who was looking for some. no problem fitting it and looked the same as the original.

I have experienced the same with Jandi they seem to be snowed under or not enough pairs of hands as Jean quoted to me. Last item ordered were grab handles which I was told were on order. Chased after a month still not available. Not good service I'm afraid!

Not just me then. Waiting for stuff on order from Hymer in Germany I can sort of understand-ish but not bothering to sell stuff that’s in stock seems a bit silly.

Well I take it all back. Jean got back to me with the order for the bits I wanted and with the kind help on here for the awning bracket spacer I'm all sorted to start the final (for now) little jobs on the van.
Thank you all 😁
