LPG sticker requirement?

Looked all over the web with no clear answer.

An LPG sticker on the gas bottle locker is not a legal requirement in the UK. But is a requirement in any of the countries in Europe?

Only reason for me is aesthetics. They stand out like a spot on your chin.
