Got a letter yesterday, they have used discretion and cancelled the charge. It was all about not displaying the clock card as well. Apparently we get 3 free hours on yellow lines with the clock card showing. Well - b*g*e* me and I thought it was something else like NO PARKING. No fine means a beer or two to celebrate.
