Our 2018 Troll 540 is in for maintenance, we have pimples on the panel underneath the rear window. Wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar problem ?

Hmm that's strange, my 2015 locker door on the inside has those pimples, I don't remember if they were there from new?. The last time I took my van in for a service they found damp in the locker door on the inside and they are going to change it out, they seem to think it could have been caused by leaving the door open in the rain. I have no idea if the pimples and damp are related, when I get chance I will take a photo, it's wrapped up for winter at the moment.

The pimples do not look correct and should not be there. They look like indent marks on the reverse of the panel, as if a tool has been inserted down the inside of the wall in the gap between the insulation and the back of the board and levered away. Could this possibly in an attempt to gain a view for inspection of damp as the area next to the rubber seal does not look clean.

well spotted. It looks, to me, similar to emulsioning and not getting the paint into the edges.

Cheers for all the feedback, the panels are being replaced under warranty by Lowdhams. We also had the window seals changed , a warranty recall, maybe this was the cause of the problem.
