Cider? No don't touch it. We do drink the really cheap wine though if that counts. Therefore about 50p on a bottle. Got to look after the pennies.

Had it up here for over a year. Biggest difference was that Lidl and Aldi Gin ( award winners ) is now same price as Gordons.

This may explain why Lidl has been offering circa £5 a bottle wines from all wine producing countries, for as little as £2.99-£3.50 a bottle, as a weekly "Wine of the Week" offer, for the past six months or so.
Perhaps this huge saving is only offered in its Welsh stores? Maybe someone from England or NI can confirm whether or not this offer was available in their Lidl stores?
