We’re excited to be picking up our new Troll this week. In the past we’ve camped, had a trailer tent, moved on to self-catering, and finally upgraded to having our own caravan. We’re looking forward to the freedom of going away mid-week whenever we want. We’ve been surprised how other caravan owners are excited for us too, I think it will be a nice community to be part of.

Mid year we will be towing through the channel tunnel up to Denmark, across the road bridge to Sweden, through Sweden and around Finland, then back via ferry from Helsinki to Stockholm and a drive back. It’s our 40th wedding anniversary trip, so one to remember! We’ll try to keep a blog of the trip.

Thanks, any help appreciated. I believe that in Sweden at least we can overnight in layby’s. We plan longer stays in Finland 2-3 nights at a time.
