Turning attention to next years Dorset Meet April 2021.

It is only right that those who are booked on the cancelled Meet and have Credit Notes should have first option to book on the 2021 Dorset Meet.

Therefore those who have a Credit Note and are planning to attend the Meet should let Andy know by 1 September 2020

so that he is aware of the number of pitches available before the Meet is announced to a wider audience.

Currently the Meet is scheduled for a mid September 2020 announcement to one and all.

We have 38 pitches, Grass and Hardstanding, reserved for our use.

Once the Meet is announced it will be first come first served.

Experience gained organising 4 Meets has shown that emails are most likely to be responded to in a timely manner whereas PMs can take weeks, even months, or a reminder is required to get a response.

It is also easier to post everyone with a single email than using the PM system which can only handle 10 userids at a time.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes Andy to get responses to his PM. As of a few days ago he had only heard from 12 attendees out of the 40 originally booked on the cancelled Meet. If you have responded to his PM then thankyou as the campsite do not communicate back to us who has rebooked for next years Meet unless we ask them. Currently the campsite are extremely busy reopening and attending to their own business and not ours.
