Hi all, I came across this portable power station and foldable solar panel from Nitecore. I have put the links below. I am wondering if one of these could be used in place of the on board battery on our Eriba’s ?? Or maybe used in tandem with the on board leisure battery. It looks to me like it could be a great set up for when off grid or if you don’t want to be reliant on EHU. The power station uses Lithium Ion battery’s which is better than Lead sealed or Gel (I think). It will go for several thousand recharges and could be removed and used for a stand alone power station or easily transferred to a new van as and when. What do you think ??

Not that good a deal. If you look at the manual it talks about 500 recharge cycles to 80% discharge whereas the bluetti-ac200 is 2500+ cycles. The bluetti costs a lot more but is far far better. If you just wanted to supplement the on board battery it would be cheaper to add in a 2nd battery.
