First painting exhibition for 2 years and sold one already. 3 to go. It's in the main corridor of the RHCH in Winchester by the Winchester Art Club.

A doctor bought it and at first glance at the receipt I thought it was the specialist who looked after me but it was Mr Hogg and not Mr Hook. Both Scots though.

Now I won't have to save up for that can of lacquer to tidy up the gas locker cover. Here is the painting

Thanks Tone and Jak. The aim is to start some more arty stuff today. Carole out for lunch, I'm meeting a drinking buddy at the local pub for a light and 2 pint lunch but either side of that no other chores.

Did get a watercolour started and the most interesting picture. Based on my snap of the walkers preparing to venture out from Charmouth on the Sunday morning. Fascinating group of anoraks, boots, hoods and colours with the facilities block behind them. One dog.
Here it be - now finished with a few colours altered or changed just to get rifd of a lot of blue
