Happy new owners of this 96 Puck 120. Great service from Kool classics too.
A hone office for the immediate future in the current climate but loving it already.

Won't be long before we have a few questions

Regards David

Welcome to the club many of us have made alternative uses of our Eribas during this very strange year

Ours is regularly used as a spare room, also an escape from reality with a cup of coffee and some calming music

Hello David and welcome to Eribafolk
You couldn't go far wrong by purchasing from Kool Classics. A very nice team and a wealth of Eriba experience.

I've seen that van before on Facebook but I can't remember who the previous owner was. It is quite unique as it's been resprayed to a different set of colours and the two red stripes are the give away.

The 96 Puck models are normally the ones with Green stripes, purple stripes or yellow stripes and a deeper silver plimsol line..

Welcome to the Forum David.

Your van looks smashing. Your chrome jockey wheel is so shiny that you could have a shave in it.

It needs a bit of mud, grass and hardstanding dust to break it in.

I'm sure you wiull love it once it moves from an office to the centre for great adventures.

One of my next questions was about how you tell ages of pucks etc.
What sort of things can date them?

Aha, I'm glad you said that David because I've been worried for the past couple of days.

I was convinced that your van was older than you said but I didn't like to say anything as although I know that Kool Classics wouldn't have knowingly given you the wrong information I didn't want to stress anyone out.

The only 1986 Puck interior I can lay my hands on is this one which again comes from Tony Lloyd. It shows an oval poptop with no netting. Is that the same as yours? By the way, the Puck photographed has had a serious external make over as has yours. They are normally cream on top with a dark brown lower part. (similar to the header photo on Tony's Website)

https://www.eribacaravansales.co.uk/eriba-puck-1986-sold-1/

If notice that other bigger Eribas of that era also didn't have fly meshing/netting. See his full range of pics:- https://www.eribacaravansales.co.uk/

His website is a great source for photos of Eribas of all ages

Randa.
