Have just gone to move the Eriba with Reich Mover and only the rhs Roller is turning . If I press the controls can hear switching in the control box module but roller not getting power ! Have tried reset but still no power.

sounds like a loose or dirty connection on the motor. generally electronics do not fail on one side only. maybe it is just stuck.
if all else fails hit it with a hammer (gently)

My Reich failed once, it was caused by tyre deflation, no matter how hard I wound it against the tyres. Put some air in and all was well.

If you can't fix it with a hammer it must be an electrical fault, my Dad always told me so it must be true
