I have messaged both Adventure Leisure Vehicles and Red Lion, just awaiting responses as closed over Xmas.
We would prefer one a couple of years old ideally but they appear to be like hens Teeth lol.
You never know if someone is thinking about selling so thought it worth a post.
Hopefully we will find something suitable

The Troll 530GT is a god choice. We have a 540 GT and love it.

The Troll all have slightly different layouts in terms of the size of he third bed, length of the wardrobe and type of bed - fixed or convertible. They all have their fans and Colin's advice to see as many as you can before you buy is good.

The only problem is that they have sold like mad since the pandemic. Last time we were in Adventure LV in Tebay in late summer, Mike the boss was saying that he couldn't find enough used vans to sell. Hopefully the dealers will get in new stock for you to at least get a look at some Trolls.

Perhaps the other thing to remember is that Eriba Touring vans keep their price very well and depreciate very little. When we got ours 4 years ago we ended up buying a new one (and spending more than we intended) because we struggled to find a used one that was exactly what we wanted. We were in an unusual position as an elderly relative had died and left us a bit of money that we were not expecting, that covered the difference.

Hi Julie, do have have a fixed bed or dinette version? We thought we wanted a fixed bed as better mattress and more storage space, but equally the larger dinette may also have advantages and we may have the opportunity of getting anew one sooner

We have the twin dinette although we normally leave the big bed made up and use the small dinette for meals etc. The twin dinette worked really well though when we took 3 of our grandchildren away. They slept in the big bed which was put away in the day for meals and games to happen on the table. Wouldn’t have worked with a fixed bed.

In our Triton, we like the twin minette so we have plenty of space for dinner. Also, it's so comfortable for watching a film etc.
