Any comments good or bad on the vango or kampa air windbreaks ( non modular version because there just to much for a couple of night stay) or the Isabella flex version that has metal poles.
Compared with some awnings the windbreaks are expensive but at the moment I can’t see a awning that I’m happy with

I’ve looked at videos online of putting the Isabella one (flex pole version) together versus the vango air one which has obviously no poles but it’s a bit chubbier. Is the Isabella yours?
The 3 panel flex generally seems to be £228 for 3 panels😱, it looks quite a handy thing but for 3 plastic panels & some tin tubes, hell there expensive.
I don’t mind if I pay £5 for for something or £5,000 if I get value for money but wrong or right i don’t see £228 in 3 plastic panels & some tin tubes.

Has anyone come across a 3 panel or 4 panel max windbreak with windows that they would recommend?

I don't see £1000 plus in motor movers but they are and they sell.

I remember looking at windbreaks back 15 years ago and there only seemed to be two sorts. Happy, clappy, stripey, beachy wooden pole jobs at 3d that were neither use nor ornament, or ultra smooth Scandinavian named ones in woven Kevlar with aluminium poles personally turned by a Scandanavian billionaire from a solid billet and hand finished by Ingrid Bergman, a snip at £100 an inch.

The few I've found on google that aren't crazy prices are sold out. I cant believe! just a half decent windbreak, heck I'm not asking much. I've wasted hrs looking on line for someone who has stock

In normal times most caravans and their larger type accessories have 'sold through' by about now in any season. Add in higher demand due to many more new caravanners than in normal seasons and reduced production due to covid, hold ups at the docks, which have been well documented, hold ups in the Suez Canal on goods from the East and this is definitely worse than a normal season for buying stuff.

I’ve just ordered 2 jormax windbreaks after doing a bit of research into what suits us. We wanted easy to put up windbreaks that are strong with part vision tops. These have no guy ropes or supports to trip over, few videos on youtube.

It was a tough choice & I would have liked to have seen them but vision top & I’ve gone with the 5 meters to hopefully go down one side of my shadow canopy & across the front. I did want an awning but have come to the conclusion that they don’t make what I want
