External Water Inlet Triton 420 - where can I find one?

Hi,
Does anyone know where I could find a water inlet socket for my Eriba Triton 420? I'm told the original ones are now discontinued. But I noticed when I bought a new water hose (it has the same sockets), that the locking seems to different. So I'm not sure if, in actual fact I need a new/diffferent type of water inlet socket so that it fits the new hose I've got. Or if I need a new type of inlet AND hose (that match) and start a fresh!

Does anyone have any experience in this issue and/or know where I could get a new water inlet socket (at least I can try it, maybe it will lock into the new hose I got!)

That's a Carver Crystal Compact housing which is now obsolete.

The replacement is the Truma Ultraflow Compact and is available as a conversion kit, comprising a new housing and its associated pistol connector to replace your existing pump assembly's plug.

Thanks! So I can replace my current inlet with this one and the "inside" bit will still match up OK?

The pipe connection can be either a John Guest push fitting or 12mm internal diameter pipe secured with a jubilee clip (size 00).

The pipe will probably fit - if it's too tight to push on it can be made easier by warming the end of the pipe with a hairdrier.

The housing's electrical connections require a 4.8 mm female spade connector for +12V and a 6.3 mm female spade connector for 0V

The wires will need the spade connectors crimping on - the original Carver housing accepts bare wires into screw clamp terminals.
