If you follow normal VIN code methodology the van was built in Germany (W) by Hymer (HY) and therefore post 2010, but the year identifier is '4', which denotes 2004, which is odd. The conventional year code for 2011MY is 'B' but a 2011 van might be a 2012MY model and therefore the year code could be 'C'. However I do dimly recall reading something somewhere that indicated that Hymer didn't follow the accepted VIN numbering convention so maybe someone else can shed light on that.
