It's a long time since I've taken my fridge out of a 2007 Triton, I may well have posted it on here a few years ago.
However this is from memory.
Remove the outside vents with the quarter turn catch. Remove the exhaust pipe from the top of the boiler/ heating pack where the electric heating element lives.
Inside remove the fridge control knobs by pulling them off. Unscrew the two small screws on the control panel and remove it.
Inside the fridge are 4 white plastic buttons, two each side just inside the fridge. Prise those out and reveal the cross head screws which secure the fridge to the wooden framework.
It is now possible to pull the fridge out in to the caravan slightly, enough to reveal the copper gas pipe connection and also the 230Vac and 12Vdc electrical connections.
At this stage I would test the 230Vac element for continuity before going any further to confirm that is the faulty component.
If that is confirmed, undo the gas connection with two spanners and remove the electrical wires. At this point I would assume that you would have isolated the fridge from the gas and electric completely!
The fridge will now pull out fully. I pulled mine on to a flat piece of hardboard with a towel underneath. This enable me to slide the fridge along the floor and out of the door.
Replacement is reversed but it might help to have a person outside helping to guide the fridge back in keeping it level through the bottom vent.
Good luck, hope my memory is complete!
Edit: There might be a couple of screws accessed through the external top vent that secure a heat deflection plate to the top of the fridge. That should also be removed.
Naturally whilst thr fridge is out I would give the gas burner a good clean and check. I connected a temporary gas hose to mine to make sure it all worked OK before re-installation.
