I asked the same question of my dealer when I bought the van and they confirmed yes you could.

This explains the difference between winterised and winter proof and states that all Eriba caravans are winterised

That said I think it would be worthwhile to hear from members that have actually stayed over winter in their vans though since I haven’t yet done so myself
