I'm trying to help a pal buy his first Eriba. I have another pal selling his Eriba. I'm (a willing) piggy in the middle at the moment. Can some kind person confirm what the bed size will be in a year 2000 Pan Duo T. I think it is the same as a Familia, but I would like to be certain. My (purchaser) pal is quite tall, so want to make sure that a Pan would suit him...

any info gratefully recieved...

We have a 1997 Pan Duo T where we sleep across the van.
I have just measured it as follows.
Width across 187cm /73.5 inches
Length(total including section under rear window 137cm/55 inches.
I am only 5ft 7ins and my wife 5ft.
My opinion is if your friend is over 5ft 10ins he would find it too tight when you take pillows into consideration.

Thanks both, for your prompt replies. I did wonder whether that was the case and have already suggested to my pal that a 420 might be a better option for him with the long beds.. If he decides not to go ahead with it, I will encourage my pal, the vendor, to advertise it here first. It does look a nice clean van in good order...

Cabbie37, has your friend considered looking at a Puck L? The size of the bed - 190*170 - was a big reason we got ours.

Hmmm - good question. I don't really want to commit him to anything (not my place) but I would imagine he has the budget to buy something 2005-2010? Something like that, anyway..
