Best wheel lock recommendations.

Hi everyone,
We’ve just become the proud owners of a ‘23 Touring 530. We have a Milenco Wraith 2 wheel lock that came with the caravan, but I’m finding it very tricky to get on and off easily. Does anyone have any suggestions as to an effective but easy to fit (and remove) wheel lock?
Thanks,
Sean and Linda.

Thanks Phil for the reply. Mine doesn’t have a bar but has a bracket that functions like a wheel clamp. I’ll take a look at that model.

If you are finding it a pain, then why not look at another lock and sell yours on. We now use a Nemesis Ultra which we find is quick and easy to fit. Along with the latest Alko Premium hitch lock I'm as happy as I can be with our security measures.

Thank you Colin. I’ll check this out.
I have adjusted my Milenco Wraith 2 (after some more research via YouTube).
There is an Allen key that allows adjustment of the barrel lock, allowing a marginally easier locking procedure.
If this doesn’t work out for me Nemesis Ultra is next! I have also got a Milenco hitch lock but this is pretty straightforward to fit and remove.
Thanks again Colin

Hi Sean
I am absolutely with Colin. I have had a number of wheel locks over the years including the heavyweight very secure Bulldog which nearly took the end of one of my finger ends off once when it slipped.........

Someone on the Forum recommended the Nemesis Ultra and it is brilliant. I can get it on and off in seconds and wouldn't go back to any other type

Just a quick comment- the nemesis is pretty much the same principle as the wraith, so you still have grub screws and allen keys to finesse.
I think the lock is slightly better on the wraith but they’re very similar.

Thank you for this. I’ve adjusted the lock on the wraith now and it’s much easier but we’ll see how it goes.

I have a Wraith, which I struggled with at first, but now it has been used a bit (and I have got used to it) it whips on and off in seconds. A touch of dry PTFE helped too.
