0 is for the 100kg max hitch load, but you will probably find that your car is 75kg and the car/caravan combination is happiest around 55/60kg
1 is the maximum axle load the caravan is allowed to take. If you had a twin axle then a number would appear in 2.
MTPLM is the maximum full weight the caravan cannot exceed. This is often less than 1, as Eriba used to buy in the "best fit" on weight axle from ALKO or BPW.
Weight questions are not uncommon as the issue is confusing. This is more the case with the empty van weight, as you will have various factory fitted extras that soon add up.
If you have a play with the Eriba Configurator here you should be able to get an idea of your actual empty weight. I know this is for a new Eriba, but the weights have changed little in your case.https://www.eriba.com/gb/en/configurator/touring#/
I have carried a weights list for many years. You may find the attached useful.

MRO, or MIRO (Mass in Running Order) is not a plated weight I.e there is no mandatory requirement for it to be on a vehicle's VIN plate. It is usually featured in brochures and tech specs. However the published MIRO is the weight of the one example of the model presented for Type Approval testing and we all know about examples of cars presented for emissions testing. The actual weight of a production run van usually varies from the MIRO listed, though the van's Certificate of Conformity should show an actual weight.

As Colin infers things are a bit more complicated with Eribas as the MIRO figure will be for a ultra low spec. van as standard and usually a lot of options are added, often increasing the weight by 100kg or more.Obviously the van's MTPLM is a fixed weight limit based on the axles weight bearing capacity and any increase in van weight reduces the available payload.
