A UK beach...in September?

It's not that bad. Proof here of Carole and two of our friends swimming off Mudeford Spit yesterday. It was too dull for me to attempt it, but she loves it and of course said it was lovely. We were visiting our friends beach hut also shown here. Bought for £10k a few years back and now they're going for £140k. A shed on stilts as I call it, but it's great down there.

London??? Forget it and I'm not in the market for property. Those were the days.

I do like the capital and all it's got but house prices are daft.
