I think the FOG light is powered via pin 2 of the 12N (BLACK) compulsory road lighting plug - not the grey supplementary plug ?

may be car if fairly modern, if it has a can bus wiring system, (not sure if fiat cars have can bus, the motorhomes did)( wires carries many different signals) the circuit may be detecting increase in power and protecting itself,
power to lights would work for a short time and click off. once switched off at ignition and then turned back on would do same again.

if you cleaned all wire connections on eriba and all bulbs are ok, no failure or repair with wiggle test, earths ok,

consider either a
rubbed wire on eriba where cant see. need to preform a continuity test
or the car may need extra programming, or car towing electrics wiring may need extra attention.

am no expert on anything, just mentioning a possible cause.

Try hooking up the Eriba to another car and see if it does the same thing
