You only need one pattern for the front windows Nev, just reverse it for the other window.

Got my eye on a big lump of cotton material on ebay at the moment ...........already got the awning rail piping

................I feel a 1911 Jones crank-up session in the near future

For info Triton 2006 sizes are different to the patterns

And I need to figure a way round the bike rack brackets in the rear awning rail above the window

If it helps Nev, IKEA sell various stripe cotton material, I used this red pin stripe to match the red belly band

That's interesting, the front and back windows are wider at the bottom than they are at the top, never noticed that before.
As there is only approx 2 inch diff at the back and 1 inch at the front I am tempted to just make them the bottom size as that's where they need to fit...............the top being in the awning rail.

Thinking about it the van is tapered so it makes sense for the windows to be too or they would look odd .......and the shut line on the front would be wrong.

Well, an interesting day..............all started when I got out a big lump of brown paper and drew out and cut the size for one front window and tried it on for size
(rolls up a big ball of brown paper and throws it in the bin)

Time to make tea, sit, and engage brain (not my best area)

Well the tea worked after a fashion and I headed upstairs for a root in the leftovers box and there was a big bit of curtain liner left over from making puck curtains.
Pin to awning rail piping and head outside for another go

Open window and pull in as much as I can and do up a couple of window catches

Mark round window and bring indoors and cut round lines
Go outside for another fitting

What works on the front also worked on the side window not done the back one yet.

Meanwhile the morning post arrived at 2.30 pm
And a couple of orders arrived on me doormat
P1000775.JPG - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)

I came across the red check material while perusing ebay and thought new tablecloth

This will give me time to remember how to get re- acquainted with Mrs Jones
P1000776.JPG - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)

Now all you ladies out there with whiz bang electric do everything machines must not expect too much as I have only ever used a sewing machine about 1\2 dozen times in my entire life and Mrs Jones is not the speediest (well she is 104 years old)
Lots of folding in edges and sticking in pins followed (ouch)
And a run round all four sides .......and there it was looking err well ...........something like a table cloth
