The stronger 4 bolt version is available on Amazon. I will post a link if I can find it.

Hi Frantone
Thanks for the link. The problem is that the plate on the van only has two holesD28EFD7A-AFDA-49DC-99C2-35E7D37F9674.jpeg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)
Well three actually but all in a row which gives less leverage that four holes in two rows. And there don’t seem to be any other fixing no points.

This thread was started in February 2017 by Mr Calder where he says "Firstly I must say that none of the creativity and development of this mounting was my own work. All I did was to follow a link that Randa provided some time ago to a thread on the French Forumeribatouring site and copy someone else's engineering drawing (see below)".

I wonder what our French friend would say to Mr Fox for pinching his design?

It goes back even further Roger. When I collected my Triton in Feb 2017 I'd already made a plate for the van.
Back in March 2015 I'd fitted one to my Familia, and looking back though my photos I've found the first example of the plate in a photo I saved Sept 2014.
I suspect the first example Dom might have come across was on the van I sold him in August 2016.

If anyone wants a mounting plate for their Eriba I have two left from the steel I bought. If you pay the postage you can have one for £20.00. Let me know thru,
