They are sometimes seen for sale on places like ebay and come in handy for covering scratches, small dents etc

Those stickers - it's more of a badge, really - are genuine Eriba items rather than aftermarket copies. I've seen several vans with them on, either in a random place to cover a dent (as Nev says) or in what typically seems to be their 'proper' place, centrally under the rear window.

I like them, and was minded to use one in place of the scrappy aluminium tag that the now defunct Eriba UK screwed rudely to the backside of our van when it was new.

I rang Jandi (the Scottish dealers) to see how much one was and decided quite quickly to use a pair of small white screw caps instead. They come in two sizes; small and somewhat bigger, and if I remember correctly, the somewhat bigger one was pushing twenty quid or so.

As far as yours is concerned, if it is indeed stuck in a weird place the chances are there's a ding under it.

If you don't like it, peel it off carefully and I'll take it off your hands for a small consideration...

I had already thought that as it was the only one I had seen whilst looking for my Eriba. It doesn't feel as if there is a hole or ding there, maybe I will peel it back when I have something else to stick there ?
