As the instigator of this thread I must own up that we have now bought a Remoska. When it arrived we unpacked it in trepidation wondering if we would ever really use it. Since then Margaret has been busy trying to find out what it can do. So far she has made a roast lamb dinner with roast potatoes, scones, eccles cakes, fairy cakes, jacket potatoes, and a bacon leek & cheese bake. We have only had it for three weeks and we are delighted with it, everything has turned out scrummie and it hasn't seen the inside of the Eriba yet. Thanks to all the people on here who sang Remoka praises we are really glad that we have now joined the Remoska club.
