Cinquecento's are even smaller and more boxy at the back :)

But that yellow one is an old model Cinquecento. If you were Italian you'd call the new one a Cinquecento, 'cos that's Italian for 500, init. You're splitting hairs

Cinquecento and 500 are two different models :) The old cinquecento was stopped in 2010 and replaced by the 500 range from 2010 onwards. Mine was registered in 2013 so is a 500. :)
And the new 500 was introduced in 2007, not 2010. Our next-door neighbours have got an early 08 plate, and ours is a 2012 (though it isn't as fancy as yours).

Come on boys lets not argue about it. Personally, although never having owned one, I love them whatever age they are. I also love the name Cinquecento although I have a devil of a job using it as I always have to look up the spelling.
Fabulous classic car, whatever the age. ( like the Beetle, 2CV, Morris Minor and old Mini) Don't think it'll tug your Troll though Pete

Except that the old Cinquecento Mr Underhill was talking about finished production in the late nineties and was replaced by the Seicento, and it was that which sputtered on - probably literally - until 2010.
