As usual we are nearly there in packing the van away. Last Friday I spent the morning cleaning and Aggers will be pleased.
For the first ever time I fiddled away at all the grooves, channels and corners which attract algae, even small plants I found, with a minute defunct oil painting brush, scrubbing brush and hose pipe.
I spent yesterday on the whole body and intended to get the cover on then Carole came back after a day out on the Forest and said she was too tired.
So this morning I have towelled the complete body again.
Now off to Bournemouth for the police speed awareness course and then dinner at Chez Freds a superb Fish and Chip shop and restaurant in Westbourne so I fear it will be repeato tomorrow.

You left a window slightly ajar, and it's given everybody a glimpse into a world they were perfectly happy not knowing about...

Normally we would be doing the same but motorhomer friends have persuaded us to join them this weekend at a fireworks party. It's being organised by a local motorhome dealer. We will be the only caravan and an Eriba to boot in a field of 300 motorhomes. Mind you, 2 nights pitch (off grid), a fireworks party and free food all for £25 for the two of us. Can't be bad. We shall have to take our own wine but hey ho.
Don't have a cover yet, just ordered one but I suspect it will be a while before we can cover the Eriba.

We are going to Trewethett Farm CC site this weekend hopefully get a good pitch ready to watch firework display at Tintagel. Saturday night will be fish and chips from Tintagel chippie before settling down to watch display with a few sherbets
