Hi, I have a budget of 3-4K and am not looking for something which is going to need masses of work. Happy to travel for the right van, I'm up in Durham

That's why I thought the Eriba Caravan Sales one was worth a phone call especially If you could get a few hundred off the price, Tony Lloyd is not going to risk his reputation on selling you a dud. Barrowford is a lot closer to you as well.

Just so that you are aware, the long sleeping Pan with a front kitchen does not have a washroom/WC. More recent Pan/Familias (320's) with a front kitchen do have a washroom/WC but they are cross van sleepers.
