As well as being an Eriba enthusiast, I'm also a mobile caravan engineer, so you shouldn't be too surprised if I say it's an excellent idea.
The main benefits of having a caravan mobile service engineer come to you are that you deal with the engineer directly, you can be there when the job is being done and if parts are required you can see what is required and why.
He'll be able to answer any of your caravan-related questions you may have and advise on things you may be unsure of.
