Any tips from you seasoned members to a newbie on best place to get a skirt and wheel cover for a troll? What length is it?
Hoping it will contain the terriers within the awning.

You mention a Troll but your signature is for a Triton.
Triton would be 3.0/3.5m whilst a Troll would be 3.5/4.0m
Fleebay is as good as any unless you have a good caravan/camping outlet near you.
The skirt is usually sold in two heights, 500mm for caravans and 700mm for motorhomes.
If you want to cover the wheel you will need to source or make your own special cover.

You can hope all you like
I'm surprised you'd even think about writing a sentence with the words contain and terriers in it.
Been there and done that...

On a slightly more serious note, I've been on the hunt for a new skirt for our Troll, and I reckon Werbung: this here looks to be pretty good quality.
As long as you get what's pictured - and there's no real reason to suspect otherwise - it should do you fine.
I'm going to order some myself.

With these you could peg the bottom down.
