Well, just seen this and we're off to AL next Thursday for service so will get some info then!
Incidentally we had a 'recall' on a previous Eriba for replacement of wheel nuts (or something like that). We were not actually recalled but Eriba UK did the work at a service.

31 plus views is nothing, another website I visit can have over 500 views before someone replies, all depends on subject and knowledge base, and time, whether a reply is given.
Each post can have 2 meanings and if you post to the incorrect meaning, it can be taken the wrong way, no matter how well meaningful and helpful said reply post was meant to be.
try not to take a fence (offence), a gate is easier to carry..
