It's bad luck to rename a boat , maybe it's the same for an Eriba.

Technically that wasn't a rename so I'm sure it will sail safe

This has prompted much debate and some hilarity in our house tonight but I think we’ve settled on the name Cee for our Triton when we take delivery next week.

We’ll just have to try ‘Try it an see’

We have named our 430GT Hitchcock.

Peggy - as in Peggy-Peg-Leg. When we bought her she was missing a corner steady. The replacement supplied (not fitted) turned out to be shorter than required so we need a small block of wood underneath the foot. :-)

Well I’ve now collected and had my inaugural trip in my new-to-me Puck L, with the yellow ‘Jubilee’ canvas and curtains.

I’m in love, but so far no name has bubbled to the fore. I’m pretty sure she’s a girl, though.

I had thought she might be Freesia, which is my favourite cut flower, is the same yellow, and this ‘van will free me to have time away (groan). But it’s not sticking.

Sunburst is a possibility, except it will remind me of the sight that met me when I opened the fridge on our return home. Parking on the uneven gravelling area had caused the cashew butter and the yoghurt pots to become unlidded... :o

I shall be patient. No doubt the name will come to me.
