Should have gone in the Joke Section.

Quote:- There are approximately 200,000 UK Motor homes registered with the DVLA, and a number of these visiting France every year

Perhaps if we could get them all to visit France just before Brexit they won't be let back in.

That's true, France has more than it's fair share. I seem to remember being told that it was due to an age limit on towing! any truth in that? Stay warm (crank up the blown-air heating),stay safe & have a great Christmas everybody ! Rutts( D & F )

I had to take a medical to tow after reaching 70yrs age, this was renewable every two years but when I went to book last year I was told it was nolonger required???? my original French licence was exchanged for a plastic one 2 years ago, as an aside anyone applying to change their licence now, it will take up to 12 months !!!!!!! then again this is France.

Oh I don't know this atlas might appeal to an Eriba Car owner and member of this friendly forum!
I wish I had seen the link to the atlas before Christmas so I could have asked Santa for 1.

It doesn't surprise me that there is no longer an age limit for towing. Have you seen the age of people driving ENORMOUS campervans? Sometimes I swear we are the only people on sites with our own teeth.

I don't understand this. Apparently I didn't have to take a test as I have Grandad rights, but I'm confused because I'm a Grandma.

I don't think many MH owners will buy it as most of them with £70-80K priced vehicles buy them so they can park up free instead of paying site fees
