For older vans (pre 2000) you can source the hinges, in brass from Screw Fix Direct. Part Number SKU 62014. £1.49 a pair.

They are a three hole fixing as against the existing two hole fixing but the outer screw holes match up perfectly. They also fit the sink/cooker folding tops which are already three hole.

If you intend replacing all the hinges (and good luck to you) then you'll need to order them the previous day as SFD only keep a limited stock. We only needed to change the hinges on one door and getting the old screws out was a real pain.
