Has anyone heard of these or used one? https://aquaforno.com/
looks like a clever if expensive piece of kit,
I ask because I've just won one in an on line comp through Caravan Times, and I'd never heard of them before.

Looks neat but I own four barbecues ranging in size from a Big Green Egg to a portable Weber. If I buy another, Mrs C will confiscate my debit card, and that’s one one I use to top up the drinks cupboard!

Even better when you get one for £0. I'd love to see it in operation but unfortunately I don't think the lucky owner is at the Dorset Meet.

The French meet! I’ll bet my Weber against your Aquaforno. We can have a burger-off! If you’ll pardon the expression.

I find a pizza stone works fine on both Cobb and Weber..... very tasty....sometimes we use tortilla wraps as bases...less calorific

Ray/Sue,
a simple dough made from 150g self raising flour + 125g unsweetened yoghurt = 4 small flatbreads cooked for couple of minutes each side in a frying pan. I tried these with a curry last week and they turned out fine, but need a litle lift so some cumin seeds and salt next time
They are supposed to make a decent pizza base and I cannot see why the idea should not work. I'm packing some flour this year for our summer hold in the Eriba and I'll do them when away.

Well it arrived today and I must say my initial impression was not that good. I know I received it free but if i'd paid £395 for it I wouldn't have been impressed, it seems quite fiddly but we shall take it away this time to give it a fair trial.
