My hose end fell off [don't laugh], so I'm going to try a funnel this year.

Hi Offbeat

Action photos taken in the delightful Ribble Valley rain to illustrate what I was trying to explain. Obviously need to keep tube, funnel & water container regularly cleaned & sterilised.

Hope these upload I might have lost one somewhere

Great action shots, but it would be a lot easier if you and the van were not lieing down. You'll see what I mean when you open the photos. Why does the software do this?

There is embedded info in a photo file to tell display software which way up it should be rendered. It looks like the forum software may not implement it at all times.
I think you may need to hold the phone in landscape orientation to take the photo to get round the problem.

Having looked at a few of the offending photos it appears that they have been taken with apple devices. The orientation meta data in them is to render a mirror image for some reason. Obviously this is not happening but may be interpreted as a 90 deg rotation.

Sorry about that - they looked OK when I loaded them.

Steve & Debbie are now to be called Sherlock as Kath took them with her IPad

Bit hurt though about you describing photos of me in my shorts as "offending" - I thought I looked pretty good for someone whose wife occasionally calls him a fat, balding git.........................

Sadly as I get older I seem to come across more "twin brothers" both here and abroad...................................................!

Hi Soulbluesman68,

Really appreciate you taking the time to upload the pictures! They've become a thread of their own :D Our Troll is due in a few weeks so we've starting buying bits and pieces that have been recommended by you lovely people. We've held off on bedding, kitchenware and the obligatory BBQ (still undecided on wether to go charcoal or gas) until it arrives but the necessities have now starting arriving mainly courtesy of Amazon. The manoeuvring course in now booked and I'm looking for insurance quotes. So, all very exciting!
