Wow, Isn't it great to be able to move around again.
So what to do and where to go??????
First of all:
Caught up with some old friends and had a very nice Spanish meal.
This looks interesting.....the making of Paella by the looks of it
Starters: Anchovies and Olives with the Fino sherry of course
I was right, Paella, being cooked outside Spanish style
Oh, some Honey
Corr that was lovely, not much left
And pudding..... Crema de Catalana, with a sweet Spainish sherry, scrumptious
And to finish off with the (Spanish of course) Brandy, LePanto, a very, very good Brandy
Think I may have had a bit to much to drink.
Went out for a few drives, first to Burford 
the church, the alms houses and the river....
and then to Barnsley. [the original one] near Cirencester
Typical Cotswold cottages, the lodge to the park and the old school, now the village hall.
That was all last month *June*
Now then this month, as we are now able to go abroad, decided to take a trip to France for a few days, just to test the water like......

July......
A Trip to France...
Going on the ferry
at the bar as usual..
its a bit dark and dismal out there
Had a walk along the promenade at De Panne in Belgium, but stayed hidden there where sooo many people about....
Had my own bed in the hotel room... 
toppped up on the booze.....
Had a lovely walk around Bolougne 'old town' they do a different display each year in the main square.
and had a walk on the beach, the weather was warm and sunny
building sand castles....
oh, didn't see any of that going on ,on the beach...
the room wasn't up to much....
Overall a very pleasant 3 days, was nice to go somewhere abroad

Visited the Cogges Farm Museum at Witney. unfortunately the Manor house was all closed up.... but got to walk around the farm and grounds.
