We are away until next Monday and after the first couple of days the bathroom tap on our 2017 430GT stopped working.
I have tried to search for a thread that may help with no success.
The kitchen tap is working and as far as I can see there is only one fuse for both taps.
We can survive but I thought I would check that I haven’t missed something obvious.
There is no sound when the tap is opened, the pump does not activate and there is no click from within the tap.
We don’t have a hot water system so it is just the cold water tank beneath each sink.
Any suggestions?

It sounds like the microswitch is faulty but it would be worthwhile to have a look under the sink to check that the wires on the connector block haven't been disturbed.

The tap will be either a Reich Trend A or a Reich Kama.

To get to the microswitch:

Trend A - unscrew the tube-shaped lever and take off the cover.
Kama - remove the blue plastic insert from the top of the handle, undo the screw and pull the handle off.

Both taps use the same style microswitch which is a sealed unit - use something like a watchmaker's screwdriver to operate the switch and see if that works.

Edit - just noticed you mentioned separate pumps for washroom and kitchen, so it could be a faulty pump.

I took the top off of the tap as you suggested and have tried the micro switch but nothing is happening.
I will leave it until it goes in for a service at the beginning of November (hopefully we will be allowed to take it in!).
We can survive with the one that is working despite having another two weeks away booked at the beginning of October.
