Although we've not had to use it yet, that nice Mr Frantone donated this:-

We carry it with us when touring.
Have you thought of using one A?

I call it costas easier to say and spell, but its actually costochondritis. pain can make you use words not meant to be spoken loud in polite company.

Many thanks for the explanation, Amanda, it really was puzzling me.
I guessed at the chest wall because the muscles between the ribs are the intercostals but I though, nah, it's probably a euphemism for something lady-specific. Phew, what a relief.
I've been building a stud wall and installing ceiling insulation today and now because of all the bending and stretching I've got aches in places where I didn't think aching was possible.
Apart from retirement, getting old doesn't have a lot to recommend it!

Just spotted the questions. Yes fairly straightforward but definitely needs patience and much spanner repositioning! Finished off with a dab of blue-grade thread-lock. Will put everything to the test when we manouevre Emile up the driveway later this month before we head off to France & Spain. Will also whilst it is the drive file away some of the plastic shroud to give more clearance and also do something with the crack in the shround that occured when the jockey wheel (2-bolt clamp) collapsed in Spain in June.

surely if the jockey collapsed and cracked the surround that's a warranty claim even if you fixed the jockey wheel to keep you on travels. I would perhaps email jandi or Jason and ask
My dealer put forward a claim to Hymer for just such a crack and had it accepted. At least with the Jockey Wheel saga you'll have a better tale than me to tell which was that the thing simply cracked by road vibration.
