If you all look closely, this Eriba has already got one...and so will a few others come July 4th.

Only temporary however until we can all get together and sort a permanent one out..

Why does it have to be black and white? One of the beauties of the Eriba is the two-tone paintwork. Also, I'd like to see a more modern example with integral gas locker because that's how they all are now. Agree with Tony re wording. Keep it simple.

Keeping an Eriba as the focus is too much like slavishly following TEF
Eriba Folk should put people first in the logo with the Eriba in the background
and as simply as possible so that it can be easily reproduced.

Once upon a time I would but my creative juices are not as fluid as they were.

I've not got an artistic bone in my body but I do know that our "nana and grandad on tour" logo on the back of doo-dah brings a smile to many a face so the Eribafolk.com on tour may just do the same.

Rod,
I understand your point but do not accept that it is in any way following TEF.
All the other Eriba forums that I am a member of, 2 French, the Spanish one and the German one all use a simple stylised Eriba. They are all similar and, maybe, a little cartoonish but they catch the eye and are unambiguous.

The only reason we are coming together as a group is because of a mutual interest in an unusual caravan. A picture of people dancing could suggest anything from a collection of Morris dancers to an assembly of Scots celebrating a 'yes' vote.

Is colour reproduction any more difficult than monochrome in these days of computer graphics and desktop publishing? I'd be surprised if black and white printing came out significantly cheaper although it would certainly look it.

What about a head on view of an Eriba (not a blind Puck) with eyes in the windows to suggest a happy face?

So no competition (for glory only ) to design a unique logo,
just a fade into forgetfulness, oh! well

It is time we had a Logo, would anyone like to design one?
Something nice and crisp in B&W cheap and easy to print.

Then altered it for you

The Eriba is fine, the Text is a bit heavy and oppressive (in my opinion)
it needs to be light and welcoming

If you listen ever so quietly you can just hear everyone waiting for you to show us your design.
