Replacement (VW style) pop top

Hi, I have recently purchased a 1989 Troll, (O type I believe)

I'm currently refurbishing the inside, one thing I don't like is the height of the pop top, I'm 6"3 and can't quite stand.

I'd like to replace the roof mechanism for something taller, in an ideal world I would replace it with a VW style to give some additional sleeping space, has anyone had this done and if so where?

If you look in the gallery at unusual Eribas you'll see a few photos there.
The only place in the UK that may be able to help is Dormobile who I think now are based in Hampshire or Dorset.
