Replacement from Reich arrived 9am today. Tuned it and it WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sent the shoddy one back to him as requested - no charge.

Sent a grateful thanks to Reich chap Rick and copy to AL with a comment about great service.

I have only had telephone communication with Jandi but have found they always give very good advice and are happy to give it.

Another praise for Jandi, stuff I ordered a couple of days apart
was repackaged and sent to save me postage.
I like AL, Steve and Jason, have done me proud over the years but they are losing out
in the customer service stakes nowadays. They really should employ me for customer
service.

I agree Rod. They are slipping as I feel they are almost too big now and should employ couple more bods. I like their appointment system and the chaps in the workshop are smashing, but Jason I think is just too busy and then neglecting the customer service stuff.
