Bathroom floor discolouration

My van has a slight discolouration to the floor it looks like someone has pis oopsy wee we'd on the floor which they have not! But it looks stained, just wondering if anyone else's has this happening? and if so how did you rectify it?

could you use a mild abrasive like farecla revive or surface restorer, otherwise lino

Tomorrow I am going to try a light abrasive on it it is covered anyway, but when I clean I remember it's there and needs sorting

I have it covered as I say, I used a new sponge type bathroom mat cut to size, but I just want to get rid of the discolouration

Maybe something leached out of the sponge type bathroom mat and discoloured the floor.

I'd use a bit of vinyl flooring as well. Actually, I do.

It's much smarter than Mr Cauldron's, so rather than make him feel bad about his I decided not to post a picture.

I have used those magic eraser sponges from JML on my Pucks plastic external fridge vent and it took a lot of the engrained muck off. You can buy them from Morrison's.

You can see from the picture half the vent cleaned and the other half as it was

I had the mark before I put the mat down so I am completely confused as to where it's come from

I tried to scour it yesterday with CIF but that did'nt really work despite some fairly Aggeresive use of the scouring pad. So then I soaked it over night with Domestos just lying on the surface but worked in! It has made a difference but I'm still not happy with it, so need more inspiration and ideas
