Ah, I was getting all excited there, it looked the ideal fit for the 310. Back to the Reich then.

Hi Philip,

This thread has some info regarding motor movers, Citroeriba used the midland motor mover company

Motor mover

Basically the common choice with the Reich for the Eribas are the Comfort or the cheaper Economy, have a look at the pdf for the specifications

I have a Reich comfort on my 320 which is the same size as your van, the comfort model has galvanised and powder coated components and a plastic shroud., I'm very impressed with it, for the extra money I would go for the Comfort .

I think the economy requires each roller engaged seperately,
a real pain if the caravan lives alongside a wall!
The Truma and Comfort have the cross shaft to make both
rollers engage together

The Feeling range do come with a battery, you just select from the options list when placing your order.
Like with all Hymer / Eriba caravans the options list is quite long.
I had a Purpleline Enduro fitted to my Feeling and have again had another fitted to my Sporting Style.
I'm awaiting an update fro Jean at Jandi as to placing my order for a new Eriba Nova Light 465 and again a Purpline Enduro will get fitted to it.

Hi, We are hoping to have the Reich motor mover fitted to our van in March. It's all booked in at AL to be done, but until they see the van properly they are not sure they can fit it!! We have an Eriba Future 430T with a sealed bottom with no visible frame showing. They have never fitted one to the Future and ours is the only one they have seen. We asked about the Comfort or standard as we presumed the Comfort would keep the motor cleaner as it has a cover. They said this did not make any difference, so have gone for the standard. As for the battery (all new to this), not sure what it is, so will have to check.

The comfort and the economy seem a totally different shape than the compact and ecocline. What is the basic difference? (You can tell I am new to all of this).
Also weight wise, this will add another 33kg to my 310. It already has a spare wheel and leisure battery added, any idea roughly how much more of my 900kg I will have left ?

Thanks.

Do you have room to carry the spare wheel in your car Philip? That would help a lot. That's where we carry ours as it's far more accessibly in the event of a puncture in the van.
I would hate to try and release the spare from under the van in the event of a flat tyre.

Looking at the brochure, the comfort and the economy seem a totally different shape than the compact and ecocline. What is the basic difference between the two ranges? Is one better than the other?

I remember a lady, on another forum, whose husband runs a Reich fitting service,
but cannot remember the name. She was very helpful when I was choosing a mover.

Not true as we have a Reich Economy fitted to our Troll and it can be engaged from either side. In fact it is virtually the same as the Comfort model we previously had but without the plastic covers. You get a bit extra ground clearance with the Economy version too.

The comfort has galvanised components and is 3kgs lighter than the economy...
